Before I offered this to anyone, I built the AI content system behind ESTableTennis, my own table tennis content business. Research, drafting, scheduling and weekly reporting run as one nightly workflow. It cut my week by 20+ hours and pushed output up roughly 10x, with no one hired.
I hold a BSc in Sports Studies (Exercise Science). I am certified through Anthropic (Claude Code 101, Claude Cowork, Claude 101) and Google (Generative AI, Large Language Models, Responsible AI).
